BBA Management

Bronia Buchanan’s BBA Management has won Talent Agency of the Year at the Creative Industry Awards 2023. The category celebrates excellence in talent agencies working with actors, writers and other creative professionals and this win highlights BBA’s ongoing work across the industry with tailor-made representation for talent. The agency provides complete personal management covering all aspects of a client’s career with support and guidance from the team of experienced agents.

BBA represents a boutique list of exceptional actors and creative talent with their emphasis on understanding and promoting their specific talents and strengths. This personal and dedicated relationship sees the agency’s clients working in the most critically-acclaimed and successful productions, commercials and television, as well as film.

Recent celebrated moments for BBA’s clients include Jenna Lee James taking the West End by storm as the iconic ice princess Elsa in Disney’s Frozen The Musical and rising West End star Tobias Turley and Brit School alumni Zachkiel Smith competing in ITV’s Mamma Mia! I Have a Dream, which is being broadcast every Sunday at 6pm on ITV1, ITVX and STV.

Across screen, Priyasasha Kumari plays series regular Samia Choudry in the latest seasons of Waterloo Road and last year saw Neelam Bakshi reprising her role in Apple TV’s Ted Lasso as the incomparable mother of Nathan Shelley. Viss Elliot Safavi plays Mrs Elmsworth in the upcoming AppleTV series The Buccaneers – a much-anticipated show about a group of fun-loving American girls who burst onto the scene in tightly corseted 1870s London. On stage, Ben Cutler plays lead role Giles in The Mousetrap, West End, while Katie Buchholz can be seen in town as Romaine Vole in Witness For the Prosecution.

The agency operates a shared client list which allows them to maximise opportunities for each individual. Having cultivated long-established relationships with casting directors and producers worldwide, the team represent a boutique list of outstanding actors and creative talent.
The Creative Industry Awards is a prestigious platform that celebrates and acknowledges brilliance and innovation within the creative industry.

Bronia Buchanan, agency director, commented, Thank you to the judges, the CIA and those who voted for the agency and of course to our fantastic clients, who are at the heart of everything we do at BBA Management. The team & I are privileged to work with exceptional Casting Directors, Producers, Creatives & Actors. BBA is a family, together we have survived the lockdowns when nothing was happening, the recovery when everything was happening and then Omicron when the industry came to standstill once again. I feel very fortunate to lead an all-female team of exceptionally kind, supportive, dedicated & knowledgeable agents. We look forward to facilitating many more fantastic opportunities for our clients in the years ahead.
