The Fulltone Orchestra

The Fulltone Orchestra under the direction of conductor Anthony Brown  announce a series of concerts in May presented by Aled Jones, the much loved Welsh singer, television and radio presenter.   The shows will feature performances from special guests, the British/Italian soprano , Carly Paoli, a regular on the classical charts and on our TV screens, and Welsh National Opera star Gareth Dafydd Morris

Conductor Anthony Brown has chosen a diverse selection of music drawn from the most beloved pieces across concert halls, cinemas, and opera houses.  Performed by the fifty-piece Fulltone  Orchestra, audiences can delight in the grandeur of Sibelius’ Finlandia, the dramatic flair of  Mascagni’s Cavalleria Rusticana, the poignant beauty of Elgar’s Nimrod (Enigma Variations), and the emotive journey of Dvorak’s 2nd Movement of The New World Symphony.

The concert will include special tributes to the legendary composers Ennio Morricone, Henry Mancini & Nino Rota, with Se Tu Fossi and Moon River performed by Classical Brit Nominee Carly Paoli and Parla Piu Piano from The Godfather films sung by Gareth Dafydd Morris, whilst the Orchestra plays cinematic treasures like Gabriel’s Oboe and the main themes from  the movies Out of Africa, The Magnificent Seven and The Lord of the Rings.   Carly Paoli will also be singing In Dreams from The Fellowship of the Ring.

With additional musical operatic pieces, no concert is complete without the timeless melodies of  O Sole Mio and Nessun Dorma  which will be delivered by Gareth Dafydd Morris.   The evening will conclude with a surprise finale.
