Dreamland Margate has announced Manchester in the Area, where three premier tribute acts will bring the music of Oasis, The Stone Roses, and The Smiths to the Hall by the Sea on 1st November 2025.
Join a sea of Mancunian joy and reverence, with the enthusiasm and passion of fellow cult band fans. Manchester in the Area presents premier tribute acts of Oasis, The Stone Roses, and The Smiths: Oasis Forever, The Absolute Stone Roses, and The Joneses, bringing the visceral live performances of Manchester’s legends to Margate.
This event will bring back cherished memories or introduce event-goers to some of the most influential and inspiring bands of the 80s and 90s in UK music history, and will leave fans inspired and exhausted from sheer enjoyment.
Oasis Forever are one of the top Oasis bands in the UK. They have perfected the sound and energy of the original band and will bring back memories. The Absolute Stone Roses’ aim is to recreate that iconic sound and vibe synonymous with a Stone Roses concert and bring it to live audiences all over the UK and Europe. The Joneses are a unique Smiths tribute band; their performance is infectious and changes the hearts and minds of non-Smiths fans through their sheer enthusiasm.
This will be a gig never to be forgotten; packed out with hits and classics over three 60-minute sets, delivered by each of the bands.

Manchester in the Area provides fans the opportunity to enjoy the iconic music of three of Britain’s best-loved bands in one exciting event. Tickets go on exclusive pre-sale on Thursday 3 April at 10am to fans who have signed up to the Dreamland mailing list. Tickets will be on general sale on Friday 4 April at 10am. This event has been classified as 14+ (Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult) with tickets available to purchase from dreamland.co.uk and axs.com.
