Broadway Entertainment Group announces the UK premiere of The Little Prince Based on Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s Timeless Novella

In a joyful celebration of life, love, and friendship, The Little Prince returns to the Edinburgh Fringe in a poetic one-person adaptation by performance poet Toby Thompson. Running at Pleasance Courtyard (Beyond) from 30 July to 25 August (not 11 & 18), this 60-minute show invites audiences aged 8+ to rediscover Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s timeless tale through Thompson’s signature lyrical style.

Blending the silly with the serious, The Little Prince follows the titular character as he journeys across the universe in search of meaning, encountering loneliness, love, and the essence of true happiness. With playful projection, live poetry, and a zest for life, Thompson brings the story to life with wide-eyed wonder and cheeky charm.

Directed by Nik Partridge and produced by The Egg at Theatre Royal Bath, the show premiered last autumn and has since toured China, with an Irish tour planned for October. Captioned performances will be available on 12 and 19 August.
