CBBC’s Mark Rhodes is to star as Dandini in Cinderella at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre from Fri 3 Dec 2021 – Sun 2 Jan 2022.

The presenter of Crackerjack is no stranger to madcap comedy, music, and silly games, the perfect prince servant to share the stage with fellow funster Andy Collins (BBC 3 Counties Radio), and the most glamorous Fairy Godmother of them all, Britain’s Got Talent’s La Voix.  Alongside his presenting partner Sam, Mark is well known for winding up a crowd on their BAFTA award-winning Sam & Mark’s Big Friday Wind Up (CBBC). He will be well prepared for his role of Dandini trying to convince Cinderella that he is the real Prince!

Add leading lady Gemma Naylor (Nick Jnr’s Go! Go! Go!) into the mix and a pair of Ugly Sisters itching to be booed (including director Chris Nelson who this year is joining the mayhem as one half of the dastardly duo), and the fairytale casting is complete!

Get ready to make up for lost time (before the clock strikes!) You shall go to the ball this Christmas with the Fairy Godmother of all pantomimes full of sparkling sets, lavish costumes, amazing song and dance numbers, giggles galore and bags of audience participation.

Your carriage awaits!
