TV’s favourite twin doctors, Dr Chris and Dr Xand, are back in London this December with their brand-new live stage show, Operation Ouch: Quest for the Jurassic Fart!.
This strictly limited season will run at the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall from 22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026.
Following four sell-out tours in Australia and two smash-hit West End seasons, the doctors return with a dino-mite adventure that promises to be both hilarious and delightfully disgusting.
Audiences will join the doctors on a prehistoric mission to unearth the most dangerous, most powerful, most important fart in history—the Jurassic Fart!
Packed with all-new crazy experiments, the show will transport families back to the age of the dinosaurs, blending science with side-splitting fun.
Dr Chris and Dr Xand van Tulleken are Oxford University-trained doctors who continue to work in medicine. Dr Chris is an infectious diseases specialist at University College London Hospital and a New York Times bestselling author. Dr Xand focuses on public health and is a familiar face on BBC1’s Morning Live.
The duo are best known for their BAFTA-winning CBBC series Operation Ouch!, now in its 13th season, and their popular BBC Sounds podcast What’s Up Docs?
Operation Ouch: Quest for the Jurassic Fart! is written by Xand van Tulleken, directed by Peter Adams, and designed by Richard Dinnen. The production is presented by Andrew Kay and Margot Teele for Andrew Kay & Associates.
