AAAAA FiveA at The Lion and Unicorn Theatre

Proforca Theatre Company return with a brand-new unique run of performances following Lockdown. AAAAA continues Proforca’s tradition of emotional storytelling, presenting great characters for audiences to fall in love with, championing new fringe theatre talent and a great new concept developed by a partnership of creatives drawn from the Associate Artists programme at the Lion & Unicorn Theatre in Kentish Town.

In order to re-capture the mystery, tension and anticipation of the return of live fringe theatre, no further details about the production will be released before performances commence. We invite you to join us for a brand-new brave piece of fringe theatre storytelling from a critically acclaimed, award nominated production team as we embark on a new adventure where no two shows will be the same.

David Brady, Artistic Director Lion & Unicorn Theatre, said: “I’m genuinely so excited about presenting a show where the audience know very little about the story prior to the show starting and where as a result of it’s concept, no performances of AAAAA will be alike. Our hope with is that we re-claim some of the mystery and radical excitement of fringe theatre storytelling as well as rewarding people for their patience and support with a great new story and some big surprises after six long months of lockdown.”

For the first time at the Lion & Unicorn Theatre tickets are offered on a “Pay What You Feel” basis for all performances. In order to continue to support live theatre we encourage you to donate at check out or alternatively, please do consider contributing to our Crowdfunder via the #SaveOurTheatres campaign. AAAAA will run at The Lion and Unicorn Theatre 10th – 22nd November 2020.
