Bringing it all back to 90s and 00s and kicking off summer with a bang, The London Cabaret Club has launched #ThrowbackThursdays – a musical celebration of the UK’s favourite pop hits and stars through the decades.
With current artists admitting they are now inspired by this long-gone era of “bubblegum pop”, it’s no surprise there’s a nostalgic desire to be thrust back to this pop-tastic time!
With confirmed special celebrity acts including favourites Blue’s Simon Webbe, Abz Love of Five, S Club 7 star Jo O’Meara, B*witched lead singer Edele Lynch, Sabrina Washington of Mis-Teeq and Atomic Kitten’s Natasha Hamilton, guests are guaranteed to be entertained by hits such as One Love, Keep On Movin’ and Bring It All Back, to name a few.
The 90s to 00s revival starts from the 19th May by the creators of the Best of British Pop, an innovative and critically acclaimed cabaret show that focuses on some of the UK’s most celebrated pop music past and present.
#ThrowbackThursdays will bring unforgettable pop hits and floor fillers with some of the nation’s favourite popstars performing their band’s tunes. It is time to don the long-forgotten handkerchief hemlines and tank tops and be taken straight back to the decade by the very stars who made this period so unforgettable.
