Show Score Comes to London

Show Score Comes to London

Launched in New York in 2015, Show-Score is a trusted theatre reviews platform through its community of theatre fans who see shows often and write reviews to help new audiences discover the right next show for them.

Like “Rotten Tomatoes” but for theatre in New York and London, Show-Score connects audiences to shows they’ll love through trusted audience reviews, critics reviews, and easy-to-use categories to help audiences discover the right show for them.

Founded in 2015 by Tom Melcher and Show-Score’s current General Manager, Deeksha Gaur, the site boasts close to 300,000 members who have collectively written close to 500,000 reviews of live theatre shows. This represents 6x more reviews of live theatre than Facebook, TripAdvisor, and Yelp combined.

Show-Score’s most active reviewers can earn a spot on the site’s leaderboard, create a virtual scrapbook of their theatregoing, and in the process, help audiences discover their next favourite show.

“At the heart of Show-Score lies community,” said Deeksha Gaur, Show-Score’s co-founder and General Manager. “We are an independent platform, empowering audiences of all backgrounds to speak to their experiences, and inviting new audiences to make more informed decisions about the right show for them.
