Volcano Lion and Unicorn Theatre

Proforca Theatre Company presents Volcano by James Lewis (Proforca Theatre Company) & Georgie Bailey (ChewBoy Productions), directed by David Brady, which makes its debut at the Lion & Unicorn Theatre in March 2022.

On a day which starts just like any other Max receives a piece of news that will force him to confront everything he knows about himself and embarks on a 12-hour odyssey across London that will change his life forever.

Volcano is an explosive roller coaster ride through a night in one man’s life as everything falls apart produced by a theatre company critically-acclaimed, award nominated theatre company described as being “at the top of their game”

       

Proforca Theatre Company is the managing company in residence at the Lion & Unicorn Theatre, Kentish Town. “Volcano” is a brand-new piece of work for the company, following the critically acclaimed “Feel” (2018-19 Lion & Unicorn Theatre & Tour) the award-nominated “At Last” (2019) and “AAAAA [FiveA] (2020) – (Lion & Unicorn & Albany Theatre Coventry) and the Offie-Nominated “Lately” (2021 – Lion & Unicorn Theatre & 2022 UK Tour).

Cast includes Jamie O’Neill (Lazarus Theatre / Push Me Productions) as “Max”. Additional cast includes Dodie Finamore as Caroline From HR, Lauren Ferdinand as Sophie and Georgie Bailey as Sam. Movement Direction by Lucy Glassbrook (Coventry City of Culture and “Lately”)
