The Donmar Warehouse has announced the world première of Anna Ziegler’s new play Evening All Afternoon, opening on 24 February 2026, with previews from 14 February, and running until 11 April.

Directed by Diyan Zora, making her Donmar debut, the production stars Anastasia Hille and Erin Kellyman. Public booking opens on 28 November at 12pm.

“The thing is, I’m not sure if I dislike people or just dislike that they seem to dislike me.”

Evening All Afternoon follows Jennifer, who is about to become Delilah’s stepmother. She longs to connect, but the two couldn’t be further apart.

In a world that feels unsteady, both women must summon the quiet courage it takes to open their hearts again.

Witty and heartbreakingly human, Ziegler’s tender new play explores things lost and remembered, and how sometimes, to live, you must face what’s no longer there.
