Danny Robins has announced that UncannyCon 2026, the dedicated fan convention for his hit Uncanny podcast and TV series, will take place at Birmingham’s ICC on Saturday 21 November.

The day‑long event invites fans to delve deeper into real‑life supernatural encounters featured in the series, with talks, Q&As and meet and greets involving experts and witnesses from some of the most popular cases.

This year’s convention will conclude with a special live recording of a brand‑new episode of the podcast, featuring a special guest yet to be revealed. Tickets are on general sale now.

Danny Robins, described by the Evening Standard as “the UK’s go-to ghost guy”, said, “I’m incredibly excited to be bringing UncannyCon to Birmingham this year. The first two events were a huge success both selling out, so this time we’re upping the capacity and creating an arena scale event. This convention for fans of the podcast and TV series not only means they can they meet and interact with me, our experts, witnesses and guest speakers, but above all hang out with fellow members of the amazing #UncannyCommunity that has grown so beautifully around the show. It’s going to be a fantastic, fascinating and, hopefully, just a little bit frightening day for everyone who attends.”

The event follows a prolific period for Robins, whose hit play 2.22 – A Ghost Story continues its UK tour until June. His live tour Uncanny: Fear of the Dark runs until April and will end with two shows at the new Soho Walthamstow venue. A new series of Uncanny podcast episodes will also be released this spring.

As the creator of The Battersea Poltergeist and The Witch Farm, Robins has built one of the UK’s most successful factual entertainment franchises, with Uncanny becoming a top‑performing BBC Sounds podcast and popular BBC Two series.

The 2026 edition of the fan convention will include a packed roster of speakers and culminate in a live recording featuring Reece Shearsmith. Whether attendees are #TeamSceptic or #TeamBeliever, it promises an immersive day of paranormal exploration.

UncannyCon 2026 runs from 2pm to 10pm at ICC Birmingham on 21 November.
