This autumn, the Roundhouse Studio Theatre will host a bold new season of performances, showcasing the freshest talent from its youth programmes.
Running from 5 October to 29 November, the season features debut plays, live music, poetic showcases, and immersive installations, all curated from submissions by Roundhouse Resident Artists, Transmission Roundhouse podcasters, and Poetry Slam alumni.
Among the highlights is Golden Time (and Other Behavioural Management Strategies) by Kate Ireland, returning to the Roundhouse after its Edinburgh Fringe run. Also featured is Shovel by Daze Hingorani, a deeply personal production developed during their residency.
Daze Hingorani said: “Making my upcoming show Shovel has been a messy and tender and quite frankly, wonderfully life-affirming process. The privilege to share it at the Roundhouse, who have become so integral to who I am as an artist, as part of the new Studio Theatre Season, is something that goes beyond words.”
The season also includes Cages by Zakariye, Floating Space: Live by Katie Stokes, The Space Between by Maureen Onwunali, and Bedfellows by Beattie Green & Honey Birch.
Marla Kether, bassist for Little Simz and former Resident Artist, will host Kilengi Dance Party, a celebration of Afro-diasporic dance music.

With this new season of work, Roundhouse continues its commitment to providing platforms for bold new voices, while bringing audiences unmissable live experiences.”
Other events include the Being Poor Is Expensive Conference, Studio Scratch, GEN:Jazz, Spoke by Chloë Clarke, and The Gynodioecious Experience EP launch by Geo Aghinea.
