Ahead of its official opening tonight, King’s Head Theatre has unveiled first-look production images for The Pitchfork Disney, directed by Max Harrison. The revival of Philip Ridley’s seminal play runs until 4 October, with previews having begun on 27 August.

The Pitchfork Disney follows siblings Presley and Haley, who have lived in isolation since a traumatic event a decade ago. Their world is upended when Presley invites a mysterious stranger into their home, unleashing a nightmare that challenges their fragile reality.

Darkly comic and deeply disturbing, Ridley’s play is widely credited with changing the face of British theatre. Its themes of fear, fantasy, and sexual anxiety remain strikingly relevant.

The cast includes Ned Costello as Presley, Elizabeth Connick as Haley, William Robinson as Cosmo, and Matt Yulish as Pitchfork.

The creative team features Kit Hinchliffe (Set & Costume Design), Ben Jacobs (Lighting Design), Sam Glossop (Sound Design), and Christina Fulcher (Intimacy Direction), among others.
