To keep kids entertained this summer, children’s charity The Flying Seagull Project has launched the Laugh N Play tour – a series of live circus shows across London, Essex and the South East. Dates are booking up fast but any local community group, charity, school or not-for-profit organization can still request a free socially-distanced live performance.
The new Laugh N Play show features all the fun and silliness the Seagulls are famous for – stories, music, magic and clowning. It has been specially devised with Covid-19 safety in mind, delivering a shared live experience which feels as close to normal as possible.
Isobel Wolff (clown name Wolfy), Head of European Projects at The Flying Seagull Project, said: “It is high time that kids who have been stuck inside for months can finally come together in a safe way to share a much-needed bellyful of laughter. We can’t wait to get back out there and do what we do best, spreading smiles face-to-face. Our visits are completely free for eligible groups, from youth clubs to refugee centres and hospitals. All they need is an outdoor or well-ventilated indoor space.”
