The full cast has been announced for the 10th Anniversary UK Tour of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, which opens at Leeds Grand Theatre in January 2027, a decade after the musical first premiered at Sheffield Crucible.
Producer Nica Burns has revealed the company for the new tour, led by the previously announced Ashcon Rahmani as Jamie New and Rebecca Trehearn as his mum, Margaret.
Joining them are Kelle Bryan, who will play Miss Hedge from Leeds through to Southampton, and Joanne Clifton, who takes over the role from Cheltenham to Newcastle. Divina De Campo will star as Hugo/Loco Chanelle.
Also joining the company are Natasha Lewis as Ray, Mariam Pope as Pritti, Matthew Cavan as Tray Sophisticay, Daniel Jacob as Sandra Bollock, Jenson Steele as Laika Virgin, William Hazell as Dad, Kyle Dick as Dean, Ethan Casey-Clothier as Levi, Ellie Eames as Vicki, Uzuazo O’David as Cy, Grace Porter as Bex, Callum Saddler as Young Loco and first cover Jamie, Fin Scott as Mickey, Zaynab Shahid as Fatimah, Will Stevenson-Jones as Sayid, Zarina Thompson as Becca, Jáiden Lodge and Ynez Williams as swings, and Samantha Ivey as understudy Margaret, Miss Hedge and Ray.

This role is a casting dream, and I can’t wait to join such a talented team of performers and makers for the show’s tenth anniversary! What an honour! The anniversary production will also feature a brand-new song from composer Dan Gillespie Sells and writer Tom MacRae.
Since opening at Sheffield Crucible in 2017, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie has enjoyed a successful West End run, multiple UK tours, international productions and a feature film adaptation released by Amazon Studios.
Inspired by the true story of Jamie Campbell, the musical follows 16-year-old Jamie New, who dreams of becoming a drag queen despite facing prejudice and adversity. Supported by his loving mother and close friends, Jamie finds the confidence to step into the spotlight and embrace who he is.
The anniversary tour opens at Leeds Grand Theatre on 15 January 2027 before visiting Chester, Shrewsbury, Sunderland, Edinburgh, Wolverhampton, Wycombe, Sheffield, Manchester, Wimbledon, Liverpool, Truro, Eastbourne, Glasgow, Southampton, Cheltenham, Birmingham, Aylesbury, Cardiff, Nottingham, Leicester, Oxford, Woking, Bradford, Canterbury and Newcastle.
