Further Casting Announced for Sasha Regan’s All Male H.M.S. Pinafore

Further casting is announced for Sasha Regan’s All-Male H.M.S. Pinafore which opens at Wilton’s Music Hall on 15th April – 9th May before touring to Bath, Winchester, Cambridge and Exeter.  More casting will be announced next week for this already very large crew!

Regan De Wynter Williams Productions is delighted to announce the following crew will join Alan Richardson (Josephine), Richard Russell Edwards (Cousin Hebe) and David Mckechnie (Sir Joseph Porter)…..

Matthew Mcdonald takes the helm as Captain Corcoran.  Recent roles include: Charles Clarke, Titanic China Tour 2019 and UK and Ireland Tour 2018 (Tarento Productions, Thom Southerland); and Joshua Rose/Kirby in Little Miss Sunshine UK and Ireland Tour 2019 (Arcola Theatre and Selladoor, Mehmet Ergen).

       

Danny Lane will play the role of “Dear Little Buttercup”.  Danny recently appeared in the London Musical Theatre Orchestra’s (LMTO) Chorus for Zorro In Concert 2020 at Cadogan Hall (Club 11, Take Two Theatricals, Annabel Mutale Reed);  Ensemble Understudy William George in Soho Cinders (Charing Cross Theatre, Will Keith) 2019; Roger in Grease (Royal Caribbean International, Tony Edge) and Marvin Columbus (Lead) in Columbus, The Musical! (Royal Caribbean International, Loren Van Brenk/Racky Plews) 2019.

Matthew Pennington also makes his first All-Male Company début as Dick Deadeye. Matthew’s recent credits include: Lars/Zelda/Mason in musical Madagascar (Kirk Jameson, Selladoor) 2018; Prince Herbert/Not Dead Fred/Historian, Spamalot UK Tour (Selladoor, Daniel Buckroyd) 2017 and Prince Herbert  in Spamalot (Mercury Theatre Colchester, Daniel Buckroyd); Harry in State Fair at Cadogan Hall, LMTO (London Musical Theatre Orchestra, Thom Southerland and Freddie Tapner) 2016.

Sasha Regan’s All Male H.M.S. Pinafore to Open at Wilton’s Music Hall Ahead of Tour

Tom Duern, Producer of Roles We’ll Never Play, joins the Ensemble.  Credits include: Ginger, in Gretel – A New Musical (The Other Palace, Scott McDonald, Liv Warden); Ensemble and Understudy for the roles of Edith & Isobel in Sasha Regan’s All-Male The Pirates of Penzance last year at Wilton’s Music Hall (Regan De Wynter Productions); Dancer in Lord of the Dance UK Arena Tour, European Tour and UK Tour 2010 – 2012 (Unicorn Entertainments Ltd., Michael Flatley).

Sam Kipling returns to the All-Male H.M.S. fold after appearing as Edith (Cover Mabel) in The Pirates of Penzance at Wilton’s Music Hall last year (Regan De Wynter Williams Productions).  Other recent roles include: Charlie Cricket in The Astonishing Adventures of Pinocchio at Hertford Theatre (Rhys Thomas) 2018; Alf in BRASS by Benjamin Till at the Union Theatre for which he was nominated for an Off West End Award (directed by Sasha Regan).  Sam also appeared in the Ensemble/Cover Fairy Queen in the All-Male IOLANTHE UK Tour 2018 (Regan De Wynter Williams Productions).

Matthew Facchino recently appeared as Anthony in Sweeney Todd (English Theatre Frankfurt, Derek Anderson) 2020; Hanschen in Spring Awakening (Let Me In, Jack Hopkins, Chris Buckle) 2019; Ensemble/1st Cover Pirate King in the All-Male The Pirates of Penzance at Wilton’s Music Hall last year (Regan De Wynter Williams, directed by Sasha Regan), and Ramble in Lock Up Your Daughters (The Bridewell Theatre, LSMT, Erica Gould, Mark Crossland, Andrew Hilton) 2018.

Ryan Hall joins the Ensemble.  Recent appearances include: Gaston in Beauty and The Beast (Little Wolf Entertainment, Morgan Brind) 2018; Double J in Saturday Night Fever (Royal Caribbean, Loren Van Brenk) 2017 and Monk – (Bass Choral Monk) in Blondel at the Union Theatre (directed by Sasha Regan) 2017.

       

Liam Gartland makes his professional London début in Sasha Regan’s All-Male H.M.S. Pinafore.  Recent appearances in concerts: the GSA Singers, Here’s Where I Stand (The Electric Theatre in Guilford, Peter Roberts) and Songs From The Shows at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre (Jonathon Wilcock) 2019.

Callum Fitzgerald joins the Ensemble hot off his run in the Evita West End & UK tour 2017 – 2019 (Bill Kenwright Ltd). Other recent credits include: Henry in Innocent Evening of Drinking (workshop performance) Interval Productions, Declan Bennett, 2016;  Nathaniel and cover Peter/Pilate in Jesus Christ Superstar, Bill Kenwright Ltd./BB Promotions, Bob Thompson  2016; Ensemble in Hey, Old Friends – Stephen Sondheim 85th Anniversary Concert (Richard Douglas, Bill Deamer, Gareth Valentine) 2015; Ensemble, Evita (West End) Bill Kenwright Ltd., 2014 and Understudy Pharaoh in Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Bill Kenwright Ltd. 2013.

Phillip Murch  jumps on board.  Phillip recently played Prince Charming in the 2019 Pantomime Cinderella (Upstage Productions – Radlett, Victoria Ward).  Other recent credits include: The Young Thing in Hello Again at The Union Theatre (Paul Callen) 2019; Principal Vocalist in the Thursford Christmas Spectacular 2018 (directed by Colin Window), and Prince Rowan in Sleeping Beauty – A New Musical, UK Tour (Khiley Williams, Phil Dennis) 2018.

Chris Breistein joins the good ship H.M.S. Pinafore hot of the Carnival cruise ship where he has been since 2017 – 2019.  Chris’s most recent role includes: M1/Main puppeteer Carnival Cruise Line (CCL, Angela Winters/ Michael Shawn Lewis, puppets) 2019; Roar in TAT (J.Tartaglia) Pride, Playlist Productions, CCL, Digger Howard. Other credits: Anatoly in Chess at Guilford School of Acting, GSA (Steven Dexter) and Support Group/Understudy Roger in RENT at the GSA (Steven Dexter) 2014.

Sasha Regan’s All-Male H.M.S. Pinafore is at Wilton’s Music Hall Wednesday 15th April – Saturday 9th May
