Cabaret performer Hersh Dagmarr will return to Crazy Coqs this autumn with Dagmarr’s Dimanche: Out of this World!, a Halloween-themed evening of music and theatrical storytelling.
The one-night-only performance will take place at the renowned Piccadilly cabaret venue on Sunday 1 November 2026.
Described as existing somewhere between Weimar Berlin and the present day, Dagmarr’s latest show promises a darkly comic and atmospheric celebration of the season when “the veil gets thin”.
Audiences can expect songs made famous by artists including Marlene Dietrich, Edith Piaf, Iggy Pop, Kylie Minogue, Pet Shop Boys, Goldfrapp and Grace Jones, performed in Dagmarr’s distinctive cabaret style.
Joining Hersh Dagmarr on stage will be George Webster on piano, Charlie Scott on drums and Casper Hoedemakers on double bass.
The London-based French singer-songwriter has become known for blending inspiration from the grand German kabarett tradition with jazz influences and his experiences within the club culture of the 2000s, creating a unique theatrical and expressionist cabaret style.
The 80-minute performance promises chansons, Sprechgesang and a selection of songs delivered with Dagmarr’s trademark wit and flair, wrapped in a playful narrative that explores his mysterious disappearance and even more mysterious return.
Taking place shortly after Halloween, Out of this World! offers audiences an evening of music, humour and intrigue in one of London’s most celebrated cabaret venues.
