The true and inspiring story of Trooper Patrick Fowler, cut off from his regiment and hiding in wardrobe behind enemy lines, is to be brought to life in concert development of the brand new musical, Wardrobe on Sunday 4th November 2018 at the Sands Film Studio
James Dinsmore is to take the role of narrator in this concert performance showcasing music and scenes from the brand new musical. Dinsmore has previously been seen touring the UK in An Ideal Husband; Half a Sixpence and has taken on roles such as Mr Mushnik in Little Shop of Horrors  and Mr Sowerberry in Oliver!
Dinsmore joins the already announced West End team, Alex Wadham (Full Monty), Sarah Louise-Young (YANK!; Showstoppers), Jonathan David Dudley (Wicked; Chess; Book of Mormon) and Cameron Sharp (School of Rock; Rock of Ages; Jesus Christ Superstar), Lauren Soley (Les Miserbles) and Helen Power (Sunset Boulevard; Phantom of the Opera).
After hiding in a cupboard for 4 years during WW1,the incredible story of Trooper Patrick Fowler is about to come to life in a brand new stage show. A concert version forms part of the Armistice 100 Years celebrations at the Sands Film Studio.
Hiding from enemy capture in the a Wardrobe in a little village in France, the home of Madame Belmont-Gobert, the story takes an incredible twist into the lives of the villagers and soldiers of the time. The original wardrobe that concealed Fowler is still in existence and forms part of the Imperial War Museum collection.
The show is produced by Mr Millerman Presents, the same company to bring YANK! to the Charing Cross Theatre in Summer 2017.
