Julian Clary has announced a major 40-date UK tour of his brand-new show Fully Dilated, which will travel across the country from 7 April to 5 June 2027.
The new tour follows a critically acclaimed run at the 2026 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, marking Clary’s first appearance at the festival in 17 years.
Tickets go on general sale at 10am on Thursday 1 October 2026, with a Ticketmaster and venue presale opening at 10am on Wednesday 30 September 2026.
The tour will visit theatres across England, Scotland and Wales, culminating in performances at venues including Manchester Opera House, Norwich Theatre Royal, Edinburgh’s Queen’s Hall and Glasgow Pavilion Theatre. Clary will also play two dates at the London Palladium on 13 and 14 May 2027.
Clary said: “Are you ready for some filth? Good.
I’m going to be talking about things on this tour that would get me flogged in Dubai. And pointed at in Peckham.
I have decided to open up to the public and reveal all. No more hiding behind a stage persona – I’m going to be myself. The question is will you be able to tell the difference?
In this show I will reveal intimate secrets of my life and share the traumas that have led me to lead the life of a camp comic and renowned homosexual.”
One of Britain’s best-known entertainers, Clary first rose to prominence on the cabaret circuit before becoming a household name through television appearances and his Channel 4 series Sticky Moments. His stage credits include Taboo, Cabaret, The Dresser, Bleak Expectations and Jesus Christ Superstar.
Alongside his comedy career, Clary is also a bestselling author, with novels, memoirs and the popular The Bolds children’s book series to his name. He recently released the mystery novel Curtain Call To Murder, with follow-up novel The Midmorning Murders due in October 2026.
Fully Dilated has already received strong reviews, with critics praising Clary’s trademark mix of outrageous humour, audience interaction and personal reflection.
