Lazarus Theatre Company Announce Casting for Macbeth

MACBETH Featuring Jamie ONeill as Macbeth taken by Adam Trigg

Lazarus Theatre Company announce the full company for Shakespeare’s Macbeth.

Returning to the company Jamie O’Neill (Revenger’s Tragedy / Edward II / Salomé) and Alice Emery (Tis Pity Shes a Whore / The Bacchae / Henry V ) take on the famous couple as Macbeth and Lady Macbeth respectively.

Also returning to the company; David Clayton (Edward II / A Midsummer Night’s Dream / The Tempest) plays Macduff, Nasa Ohalete (Oedipus) plays Lady MacDuff / Angus, Lewis Davidson (As You Like It / King Lear / Revenger’s Tragedy / Dido Queen of Carthage) plays Banquo and Luke Ward-Wilkinson (Edward II) plays Duncan.

       

Making their Lazarus Debuts; Cameron Nelson plays Weird Sister / Donalbain, Mikko Juan plays Ross / Messenger, Hamish Somers plays Captain / Weird Sister / Lennox, Fred Thomas plays Malcolm / Murderer / Apparition.

Cast Announced for UK Premiere of America the Beautiful at King’s Head Theatre and Greenwich Theatre

Victorious from a bloody battle the triumphant Macbeth is greeted by the three weird sisters. Inspired and driven by their incredible prophecies he sets out on the path to conquer all. A story of ambition, leadership and belief.

This new production is adapted and directed by Ricky Dukes, with costume design by Sorcha Corcoran with lighting design by Alex Musgrave. Further creative team shall be announced shortly.

Macbeth is at Greenwich Theatre 26th February to 7th March 2020.
