Oscar, Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated actress Minnie Driver will join the cast of Every Brilliant Thing in its West End premiere at @sohoplace, with the season now extended until 8 November 2025.

Written by Duncan Macmillan with Jonny Donahoe, and co-directed by Macmillan and Jeremy Herrin, Every Brilliant Thing is a one-person play that has captivated audiences in over 80 countries and was adapted into a successful HBO film.

The production features five exceptional performers in rotation: Lenny Henry, Jonny Donahoe, Ambika Mod, Sue Perkins, and Minnie Driver. Driver will close the season with a four-week run from 13 October to 8 November.

Minnie Driver said, “I am thrilled to have been asked to be part of Every Brilliant Thing, it’s an extraordinarily unique one person show – funny, raw and kind, and crucially supported by the involvement of the audience, which adds a really interesting angle on storytelling.”

The season opens with Lenny Henry on 1 August, followed by Jonny Donahoe, Ambika Mod, Sue Perkins, and finally Minnie Driver. Press nights are scheduled throughout August, September, and October.

The creative team includes Vicki Mortimer (design), Jack Knowles (lighting), Tom Gibbons (sound), and Jessica Ronane CDG (casting).

Produced by Second Half Productions, Gavin Kalin Productions, Rodeo/Tilted, and Winkler & Smalberg, in association with Nica Burns and Paines Plough.
