Bangura recently starred as Becky in the UK and Ireland tour of Waitress. Her previous theatre credits include Moulin Rouge!, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Once On This Island, My Fair Lady, Jesus Christ Superstar, Hairspray and Sunset Boulevard.

Based on the iconic romantic comedy film, Pretty Woman: The Musical features an original score by Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance, with a book by the film’s director Garry Marshall and screenwriter J.F. Lawton.

The production is directed and choreographed by two-time Tony Award winner Jerry Mitchell, with direction for the UK tour recreated by Dominic Shaw.

Since its world premiere in Chicago in 2018, Pretty Woman: The Musical has enjoyed successful runs on Broadway, in Hamburg and in the West End, as well as a sell-out UK and Ireland tour.

The 2027 tour will visit venues including Manchester, Milton Keynes, York, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Southampton, Bristol, Liverpool, Nottingham, Woking and Aberdeen.
