BAFTA-winning wildlife presenter Michaela Strachan is set to embark on a brand-new UK theatre tour in April 2026 with her live show Not Just A Wild Life.
Celebrating an extraordinary 40 years in television, Michaela will swap the wild for the stage in a high-energy, heartwarming evening of stories, nostalgia and laughter.
Audiences will be taken on a journey through Michaela’s varied career, from The Wide Awake Club and The Hitman and Her to The Really Wild Show, Countryfile, and Springwatch.
Not Just A Wild Life opens on Monday 13 April at Bristol’s Redgrave Theatre and continues across the UK until Thursday 30 April at Northampton’s Royal & Derngate.
Reflecting on her career, Michaela said:
“When I started presenting in the 80s, I thought it would be incredible to last even 10 years. It’s been an extraordinary career and I’m excited to share my memories of what’s been a ‘Really Wild’ ride at times. I’m really looking forward to taking a trip down memory lane and inviting audiences to reminisce and laugh along with me!”
Whether you remember her from Saturday morning TV or her conservation work on Springwatch, Not Just A Wild Life promises a night of inspiration and joy for nature lovers and nostalgia fans alike.
