Preview: Up, Up, Up & Away!: Live, Interactive, Digital Theatre For Children Aged 3+ And Their Families

Up Up and Away

Up Up Up and Away

Created by Super Stories with City Actors and presented by Creation Theatre, Up, Up, Up and Away! is an online, interactive, adventure story aimed at children aged 3+ and their families.

Venture up into the sky as one of our ‘Cloud Cadets’ with the help of clumsy Captain Calamity and his able Apprentice, as we go ‘Up, Up, Up and Away’ on the adventure of a lifetime! With the wizardry of modern video communication, we will beam our story (using webcams, green screens and lovingly hand-crafted puppets) into the safety of your living room.

Super Stories with City Actors is a theatre company founded in response to the Covid-19 lockdown. As actors originally brought together by the London Co-operative Agency, City Actors Management, our aim is to find ways of adapting the magic of live theatre to a socially distant, online medium.

Up, Up, Up and Away! Is written by George Rennie and stars Ryan Duncan and Rowland Stirling.

Up, Up, Up and Away! Will next be broadcast via Zoom on Saturday 4th July 11:00AM (BSL interpreted performance) and Saturday 11th July, 11:00AM.  Further dates to be released.  Tickets are on sale here.
