It was announced today, whilst performing a sell-out, critically-acclaimed debut run at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Sophie Duker will present the hit show Venus at Soho Theatre from Tuesday 29th October – Saturday 2nd November at 20:45.

Sophie Duker is your Venus, she’s your fire, your desire. Or is she? Silly, sexy, savage stand-up from a girl who’s definitely not a goddess. In her hotly anticipated full-fat woke debut hour Sophie takes her audience on an unconventional journey of self-discovery.

Sophie co-hosts Grown Up Land on BBC Radio 4 and is the creator and host of the Evening Standard recommended comedy night Wacky Racists. She has been featured on BBC Two’s Mock The Week and Frankie Boyle’s New World Order, Channel 4’s Riot Girls, E4’s 8 Out of 10 Cats, while she’s previously enjoyed appearances on Comedy Central and BBC Three.
