The award-winning cult cabaret An Evening Without Kate Bush will return to London for a limited run at Underbelly Boulevard from 14 to 26 April 2026.
Created by Sarah-Louise Young and Russell Lucas, the show pays glorious tribute to the music, fans, and mythology of one of Britain’s most influential voices. This will be the first time the two-act version is performed in the West End, featuring additional material and songs.
Audiences can expect classic hits like Running Up That Hill, Cloudbusting, and The Man With The Child In His Eyes, alongside unexpected B-sides and unique takes on favourites such as This Woman’s Work and Babooshka.
Winner of the Best Cabaret Award at the 2025 Adelaide Fringe, An Evening Without Kate Bush has become a global phenomenon, performed nearly 400 times and selling out venues including the Sheffield Crucible. It has even headlined the theatre tent at Glastonbury Festival twice.
“Enter Strange Phenomena, howl with the Hounds Of Love and dance on the moors with Wuthering Heights. Kate’s not there, but you are,” says the press release, inviting fans old and new to celebrate Bush’s legacy.
Sarah-Louise Young, an Olivier Award-winning performer, has appeared in the West End with Julie Madly Deeply, Fascinating Aïda, La Soirée and Showstopper! The Improvised Musical. Her acclaimed cabaret work has toured internationally, including Off Broadway and four seasons at the Adelaide Cabaret Festival.
An Evening Without Kate Bush runs at Underbelly Boulevard from 14 to 26 April 2026, with tickets starting at £15.
