The Olivier Award-winning science sensation Brainiac Live! is set to bring its explosive experiments and high-energy antics to Birmingham Town Hall this festive season, running from 27–30 December 2025.

Fresh from winning the 2025 Olivier Award for Best Family Show, Brainiac Live! promises four days of thrilling science-based entertainment for audiences of all ages. Tickets go on sale to B:Music members from 10am on Thursday 18 September, with general sale beginning Friday at 10am.

More mischievous than ever, the UK’s original and favourite family science show takes audiences on a wild ride through the weird and wonderful world of science. Expect daredevil experiments and jaw-dropping demonstrations that are far too dangerous to try at home.

Based on the popular ITV Studios TV show, Brainiac Live! has toured extensively across the UK and internationally, from Dubai to Australia, entertaining hundreds of thousands of children and families since its 2008 debut.

Producer Dan Colman said:
“Winning the Olivier Award for Best Family Show this year was a huge moment for us – and now we’re thrilled to be bringing Brainiac Live! to Birmingham this Christmas. There’s nothing quite like the look on kids’ faces when they see our daredevil experiments live on stage – but remember, DON’T TRY THIS AT HOME!”

Lou Black, SVP Brand Licensing, ITV Studios added:
“We’re delighted to continue our long-standing partnership with Dan Colman Creative, who have done an outstanding job bringing Brainiac Live! to audiences across the UK and internationally. The upcoming Christmas show in Birmingham is another exciting milestone in expanding our live events offering, and we couldn’t be prouder of their recent Olivier Award win, which underlines the quality and creativity of their work.”

Suitable for ages 5 and up, Brainiac Live! is the perfect Christmas holiday treat for the whole family.
