This summer season, the Victorian seaside town of Swanage will see the arrival of Hordern Ciani, the professional Theatre Production Company owned and operated by Katherine Mount and Teresa Barlow.
The cast has now been announced for this summer’s rep season in at The Mowlem Theatre which features the reprisals of three, world-famous and much loved plays.
Yes, Prime Minister takes us back to the hilarity of the much loved sitcom from the 80s set in current times. The Secret Garden is a wonderful opportunity for all the family to enjoy live theatre and a beautiful tale, with The Game’s Afoot bringing the season to a close through mystery, splendour and laughs from the 30s.
Swanage Rep Season at the Mowlem Theatre is a perfect treat for locals and holidaymakers alike. Many theatres across the UK are now bringing back repertory, the traditional training ground for British actors, and Swanage is the latest addition to this rising trend. It has been over 20 years since The Mowlem hosted such a season.
The cast will be Charles Armstrong, Nicole Faraday, Marcus Patrick, Fiona Gordon, Clare Samuels, Peter Steele, Lottie Johnson and Jack Mosedale.
