Hampstead Theatre has announced a star-studded Autumn 2025 season, featuring a dynamic blend of world premieres, a UK premiere, and a major revival.

The season brings together acclaimed names such as Felicity Kendal, Tracy-Ann Oberman, Tom Stoppard, Richard Greenberg, and Jamie Armitage, alongside debut playwrights Nancy Farino and Will Lord.

Opening the Main Stage season is the UK premiere of The Assembled Parties by Richard Greenberg, starring Tracy-Ann Oberman and directed by Blanche McIntyre.

A Broadway hit, the play is a sharply observed portrait of a family navigating change at the turn of the millennium.

Tom Stoppard returns to Hampstead with a rare revival of Indian Ink, directed by Jonathan Kent.

Felicity Kendal stars as Mrs Swan, three decades after originating the role of Flora Crewe in the play’s world premiere.

“This is a season where legends meet lightning bolts,” said Greg Ripley-Duggan, Producer and Chief Executive of Hampstead Theatre.

“It places internationally-renowned writers like Tom Stoppard and Richard Greenberg alongside emerging playwrights you’ll be hearing about for years to come, and this underscores Hampstead’s enduring commitment to creative risk and original new work. It’s a joy to welcome Felicity Kendal and Tracy-Ann Oberman back to Hampstead, and I am thrilled that Jamie Armitage will be pushing the boundaries of what is possible in our Downstairs studio with his innovative new show.”

Downstairs, the season features three world premieres.

Will Lord makes his debut with The Billionaire Inside Your Head, a biting satire directed by Anna Ledwich.

Jamie Armitage returns with A Ghost in Your Ear, an immersive binaural sound experience created in collaboration with Ben and Max Ringham.

Fatherland, the debut play by Nancy Farino, is a sharp and darkly funny exploration of family and identity, directed by Tessa Walker.

The season also includes a Gala performance of Indian Ink on 24 January to raise funds for Hampstead Theatre, with the production transferring to Theatre Royal Bath afterwards.
