New production images have been released for Oh Zeus!, the latest large‑scale comedy from Le Navet Bete, which will tour the UK from Spring 2026. The company, known for hit family shows including Dracula: The Bloody Truth, King Arthur and Treasure Island, have teamed up with Olivier Award‑nominated writer and director John Nicholson to create their most ambitious show yet.

The newly released images offer a glimpse of the three‑strong cast as they transform into 40 different characters in a fast‑paced farce set across Ancient Greece, the Underworld and Olympus. The photos highlight the production’s trademark physical comedy, quick‑change performances and riotous visual style.

Oh Zeus! follows the chaos that erupts when Zeus’ daughter Hebe plans to marry a mortal. Desperate to stop the wedding, Zeus sets in motion a plan that launches audiences on a whirlwind tour of mythological mayhem.

Audiences can expect sensational slapstick, outrageous jokes and high‑octane theatrical anarchy, with a style perfect for fans of Fawlty Towers, Bottom and The Play That Goes Wrong.

The tour will visit venues including Exeter Northcott Theatre, New Wolsey Theatre Ipswich, Lichfield Garrick Theatre, York Theatre Royal, Cast Doncaster, The Lowry Salford, The Duke’s Lancaster, Lighthouse Poole and Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch. Further dates for 2026 and 2027 will be announced.

Le Navet Bete, comprised of Al Dunn, Nick Bunt and Matt Freeman, have built a reputation as one of the UK’s leading comedy theatre companies. Based in Exeter and supported by organisations including Arts Council England and Exeter Northcott Theatre, the trio have toured internationally since 2008 with their energetic, accessible brand of physical comedy.

While Oh Zeus! is recommended for ages 12 and above, selected venues will host special ‘no kids allowed’ performances featuring added adult humour and stronger language.
