New production images have been released from the West End transfer of the critically acclaimed and Olivier Award-winning revival of Into The Woods, now playing at the Noël Coward Theatre.
Directed by Jordan Fein, the celebrated Bridge Theatre production marks both the venue’s first West End transfer and the first time Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s beloved musical has played the West End since 1991.
The newly released images showcase the production’s cast, led by Kate Fleetwood as the Witch, John Dagleish as the Baker, Laura Pitt-Pulford as the Baker’s Wife, Simbi Akande as Cinderella, Matthew Seadon-Young as Cinderella’s Prince and the Wolf, Gracie McGonigal as Little Red Ridinghood and Keith Ramsay as Jack.
The production opened at the Bridge Theatre in 2025 before earning widespread critical acclaim and multiple awards, including Best Musical Revival at the Olivier Awards and Best Ensemble or Cast at the Critics’ Circle Awards.
Based on classic Grimm fairy tales, Into The Woods follows a Baker and his Wife on a quest to reverse a witch’s curse, intertwining their story with those of Cinderella, Little Red Ridinghood, Jack and Rapunzel. As wishes are granted and dreams fulfilled, the musical explores the consequences that follow happily ever after.
The West End cast also includes Fiona Finsbury, Lucas Koch, Michael S. Siegel, Valda Aviks, Geoffrey Aymer, Jennifer Hepburn, Hana Ichijo, Julie Jupp, Gabrielle Lewis-Dodson and Jack Quarton, with Hollie Aires, Sabrina Aloueche, Jacob Fowler, Adam Robert Lewis, Sophie Linder-Lee, Toby Turpin and Elsie Watson serving as standbys.
Producer Jamie Wilson said: “We have been blown away by the public reaction to the West End transfer of Into The Woods. With the cast who have joined this transfer and those who have been with the production since 2025, we have a phenomenal group of performers. Having won multiple Olivier Awards, over the last months we have enjoyed collaborating on how we adapt the Bridge Theatre production into its new life at one of the West Ends most beautiful playhouses, the Noël Coward Theatre.”
Featuring music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and a book by James Lapine, the production continues its run at the Noël Coward Theatre until 9 January 2027.
