They join returning cast members Valda Aviks, Geoffrey Aymer, Jennifer Hepburn, Hana Ichijo, Julie Jupp, Gabrielle Lewis-Dodson and Gracie McGonigal, with Hollie Aires, Sabrina Aloueche, Jacob Fowler, Adam Robert Lewis, Sophie Linder-Lee, Toby Turpin and Elsie Watson serving as standbys.
Directed by Jordan Fein, the production opened at the Bridge Theatre in 2025 and went on to receive widespread acclaim, winning Best Ensemble or Cast and Best Designer at the Critics’ Circle Awards, as well as Best Musical Revival and Best Lighting Design at the Olivier Awards.
Producer Jamie Wilson said today, “We have been blown away by the public reaction to the West End transfer of Into The Woods. With the cast who have joined this transfer and those who have been with the production since 2025, we have a phenomenal group of performers. Having won multiple Olivier Awards, over the last months we have enjoyed collaborating on how we adapt the Bridge Theatre production into its new life at one of the West Ends most beautiful playhouses, the Noël Coward Theatre.”
Featuring music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and a book by James Lapine, Into The Woods intertwines some of the Brothers Grimm’s most famous fairy tales, following the Baker, the Baker’s Wife, the Witch, Cinderella, Jack, Little Red Ridinghood and Rapunzel as they venture beyond their happy endings to discover what truly matters.
The musical originally premiered on Broadway in 1986, winning Tony Awards for both Sondheim and Lapine, and remains one of the most celebrated works in the musical theatre canon.
