The full cast and creative team have been revealed for the UK premiere of Alice in Wonderland, opening at Marylebone Theatre this summer.

Presented by DEM Productions, Ethan Walker, and Nate Bertone, this new adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s beloved tale is written by Penny Farrow and directed and designed by Nate Bertone.

The cast is led by Charlotte Bradley as Alice, joined by Eddie Ahrens as Cheshire Cat, Clare Brice as White Rabbit, Katriona Brown as Tweedle Dum, Honey Gabriel as Hatter, Sean Garratt as Caterpillar/Dormouse, Skye Hallam as Tweedle Dee, Matthew Heywood as Hare, and Daniel Page as Queen of Hearts. Sophie Wilkinson and Elliot Liburd complete the company as Swings.

This vibrant production promises to transport audiences down the rabbit hole with enchanting puppetry, an original score, and a kaleidoscope of colourful sets and costumes.

The creative team includes Jack Weir (Lighting Designer), Ella Wahlström (Sound Designer), Chris Barlow (Puppet Designer), and Zoe Burt (Costume Supervisor), with casting by Nick Hockaday and Paris Hoxton.

Director Nate Bertone brings international experience to the production, having co-produced and directed the Australian tour of Alice in Wonderland. Writer Penny Farrow’s adaptation has captivated over 100,000 audience members in Australia since 2016.

“Tumble down the rabbit hole into the fantastical world of Wonderland, where up is down, and nonsense reigns supreme,” teases the production. “Join Alice on her unforgettable adventure as she shrinks and grows, meeting peculiar characters at every turn.”

Alice in Wonderland runs at Marylebone Theatre from 12 July to 31 August 2025, with performances Thursday to Sunday and a press performance on Sunday 20 July at 15:30.
