Following four sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe and performances worldwide, Mythos: Ragnarök will embark on a UK tour in 2026, including shows at London’s iconic Alexandra Palace Theatre.

This groundbreaking production is the only show of its kind, blending Norse mythology with the drama of theatre and the spectacle of professional wrestling. Audiences can expect a fast-paced, hilarious, and visually stunning experience as legendary figures like Loki and Thor battle to prevent Ragnarök—the prophesied end of the world.

Created in 2021 by Ed Gamester, Mythos: Ragnarök combines Shakespearean gravitas with live combat, performed by an entire cast of professional wrestlers. Gamester stars as Loki alongside Howard Drake as Odin, Fin McCarthy as Borr and Fenrir, Louise Young as Gullveig, Beau Charles as Baldr, and legendary female wrestler Heidi Katrina as Freyja. James Dunn takes on Thor, with Sam Gardiner as Surtr and Jormungandr, Daisy Jenkins as Hel, and Melanie Watson as Skuld.

Gamester says:
“Amazingly, this fusion of theatre with wrestling has never been done before. It’s unique, it’s groundbreaking, but most of all it’s fun! Nobody gives you a headline slot at Edinburgh Fringe: we earned our way up that ladder because thousands of people enjoy our show so much that they keep coming back time and time again, for years.”
