One to watch Henry Patterson returns to the London stage this summer with a one-night-only concert at PizzaExpress Live Soho.
The performance on Saturday 4th July 2026 celebrates the release of his debut album Broadway Maybe, following sold-out shows in London and New York.
Patterson will perform songs from the album alongside special guest vocalist Roxy Yarnold, backed by The Sam Every Big Band, led by drummer Sam Every.
Recorded at Abbey Road Studios and released on 15th May 2026, Broadway Maybe reimagines classic musical theatre repertoire through a contemporary jazz lens.
Framed by the emotional journey of the audition room, the album explores ambition, identity and resilience through songs from A Chorus Line, West Side Story and Les Misérables.
Patterson first gained attention as a child entrepreneur and has since built a diverse career, including collaborations with Cameron Mackintosh and Ariana Debose and appearances on BBC Americast.
His work has evolved into a distinct style of jazz-infused reinterpretations of musical theatre, attracting both theatre lovers and new audiences.
Henry Patterson comments, “It’s been a longstanding dream of mine to perform a show with a big band, so to get to perform the full setlist from my album Broadway Maybe with a totally new sound is a huge moment! We’re going to be bringing that classic Manhattan jazz club energy to Soho for one night only.”
The project is arranged by Patterson and musical director Leigh Stanford Thompson, blending theatrical storytelling with the sound of modern jazz.
This special performance offers audiences the chance to experience the album’s narrative live in an intimate setting at one of London’s most iconic venues.
