The Isle of Wight’s award-winning summer arts festival, Ventnor Fringe, has unveiled its 2025 programme, promising a vibrant mix of circus, comedy, theatre, and music from July 18th to 27th. This sixteenth edition of the festival will feature over 150 performances across various unique venues.
Ventnor’s Botanic Garden will host Circus Trail, a new promenade performance with exhilarating acrobatics. The newly unveiled Ventnor Exchange Arena will present shows like Murder, She Didn’t Write, Receptionists, RPM, and Sunny Side.
Comedy highlights include performances by Simon Brodkin, Ahir Shah, Josie Long, and many more. Notable acts also include Darkfields’ ARCADE, a live recording of Drunk Women Solving Crime, and Fishing 4 Chips.
The festival will transform Ventnor with pop-up venues, including a 1930’s Parisian bus and a vintage Dutch ‘kermis’ tent. The wider ‘Free Fringe’ will feature hundreds of artists performing in Ventnor’s streets and parks.
