Lazarus Theatre Company announce the return of their calendar for 2025, curated by photographer Charles Flint and sold in support of Acting for Others.

The annual calendar will feature 12 of Flint’s iconic Lazarus shots, with open public voting determining the leading front-page image. All proceeds will go towards Acting for Others, which exists to provide both financial and emotional support to all theatre workers in times of need through a well-supported network of 14 member charities.

Lazarus Theatre’s Artistic Director Ricky Dukes comments, We are chuffed to be creating this special 2025 calendar to raise funds for the incredible Acting for Others. We know firsthand how vital the work that Acting for Others and their 14 charities is, especially during and in the aftermath of the pandemic. It’s blooming glorious to be able to say a huge thank you to them and give a little back.

2025’s calendar will feature visual highlights from the rehearsal rooms and stages of Lazarus Theatre’s most recent productions of Doctor Faustus, Hamlet and The Changeling, produced and sold in support of Acting for Others. In addition to individual grants, the Acting for Others network has been able to provide counselling, benefit advice, support nursing home fees, help with retraining and help actors’ children and more recently, especially through the covid pandemic, support those in crisis.

Co-Chair of Acting for Others Sir Stephen Waley-Cohen, also comments, Thank you to Lazarus Theatre Company for their ongoing support for Acting for Others. All donations from the Calendar will go directly to help the beneficiaries – all theatre workers whether on-stage, back-stage, front of house, creatives – of our Member Charities in times of need.
