The UK premiere of Love Quirks: A New Musical is set to open at The Other Palace Studio this September, following a successful Off-Broadway run.

Running from Thursday 18th September to Sunday 12th October 2025, the production explores the messy, hilarious, and heartfelt realities of modern love and friendship.

The cast includes Lewis Bear Brown (Pretty Woman the Musical, Closer to Heaven) as Ryan, a queer, witty, and whimsical serial dater. Brown is also a social media sensation with over half a million followers across TikTok and Instagram.

Clodagh Greene (Connections, BARE) plays Stephanie, a no-nonsense Brit, while Ayesha Patel (Romeo and Juliet, Best of the West End) takes on the role of Lili, a hilarious and wacky graduate student.

Tom Newland (The Pirates of Penzance) completes the cast as Chris, a sweet American jock.

Director Cecilie Fray said, “We have assembled a fabulously adept and tenacious group of actors to bring the UK premiere of Love Quirks to life. Audiences can expect them to bring their comedic flair to this hilarious and hugely relatable musical.”

The musical features a book by Mark Childers, who won the 2021 Off-Broadway BroadwayWorld Award for Best New Book of a Musical, and a score by Seth Bisen-Hersh (The Diamond as Big as the Ritz).

Bisen-Hersh commented, “It is beyond exciting to have a fresh, young cast embody these beloved characters. Revisiting and revising the show for London audiences has been a thrilling experience, and I cannot wait to see it come alive again. The show is for anyone who has ever been in love, been out of love, or even been just intrigued by love.”

Love Quirks is produced by Love Quirks Limited and general managed by JAS Theatricals. The creative team includes set designer Bob Sterrett, costume designer Alice McNicholas, lighting designer Oliver McNally, and musical director Tom Noyes.
