The winners of the Offies were announced at a star-studded ceremony, marking the awards’ 15th anniversary. Hosted by drag-artist superstar Divina De Campo, the event took place at Central Hall Westminster, celebrating the best of Off-West End theatre.
Special awards were given to Lynette Linton and Daniel Bailey for their remarkable work at The Bush Theatre. Lynette, a BAFTA-nominated writer, joined The Bush Theatre as Artistic Director in 2019, focusing on debuts from UK and Irish writers, including three consecutive Olivier Award wins for Richard Gadd’s Baby Reindeer. Daniel Bailey, who stepped down as Associate Artistic Director in January 2025, co-directed August in England with Lynette and directed Wolves on the Road.
Another special award was given to Mischief Theatre, celebrating ten years of work in the West End. Known for their hit The Play That Goes Wrong, Mischief Theatre continues to bring joy to audiences of all ages.
The evening featured performances from the London Gay Men’s Chorus, Mischief Theatre, Tony Award-winning Frances Ruffelle, and Divina De Campo. Musical direction was provided by Ben Goddard, with Tobias Turley delivering a rendition from White Rose.
Denholm Spurr, Executive Producer of the Offies, commented, “The Offies are unique. Nowhere else is there an awards system of this scale, scope, and rigour – assessing thousands of shows across hundreds of venues through an unparalleled cohort of assessors.”
This year’s Production winners included Slaughterhouse-Five (Jack Studio Theatre), Run, Rebel (Theatre Peckham), Blood Show (Battersea Arts Centre), Sophie’s Surprise 29th (Underbelly), Sleeping Beauty (Broadway Theatre), and La Bohème (Arcola Theatre).
Staging winners were Never Let Me Go (Rose Theatre Kingston), Giselle: Remix (Pleasance Theatre), and Twelfth Night (Orange Tree Theatre). Performance winners included Faye Castelow, Mariah Gale, Elizabeth Dulau, Alexandra Jensen, Jo Fong, George Orange, Rosalind Ford, Victoria Hamilton-Barritt, Heather Agyepong, Tosin Cole, and Mark Weinman.
Design winners included Douglas Baker, Helen Skiera, Ryan Day, Jack Weir, Mona Camille, Amanda Ramasawmy, Casey Jay Andrews, Simon Wilkinson, Gareth Fry, and The Pantomime of Peter Pan.
Sound and Music winners were Xana, Liam Holmes, and Beats And Elements. Creation winners included Rebecca Simmonds, Jack Miles, Benedict Lombe, Ollie Maddigan, Khalid Abdalla, and Roy Williams. Innovation winners were Contra, Le Carré Magique, and Cambridge Junction.
Industry and Inclusion winners were Birds of Paradise Theatre Co, Alex Hill, and Julia Thurston. OffFest winners included A Series of Introductory Lectures On Psychoanalysis, Spit In My Face, Ni Mi Madre, PRETTY, WITTY NELL, NeuroChatter, I Wish You Well, and μεταδραματικό / Postdramatic.
