Le Navet Bete will take their latest comedy adventure Oh Zeus! on a UK tour from March 2026. The company, known for smash-hit family shows Dracula: The Bloody Truth, King Arthur and Treasure Island, have collaborated with Olivier Award nominated writer and director John Nicholson to create an outrageous new retelling of Greek myth.

The story centres on Zeus’ desperate attempt to sabotage the marriage of his daughter Hebe to a mortal, launching a wild chase through Ancient Greece and the Underworld. Three actors portray 40 characters in a whirlwind of physical comedy, frantic costume changes and gleefully chaotic storytelling.

Audiences can expect slapstick mayhem, rapid-fire jokes and an irreverent take on classic mythology. The show is suitable for ages 12+, and several tour venues will also host late-night ‘no kids allowed’ performances with extra adult humour.

The tour begins at Queen’s Theatre, Barnstaple on 20 to 21 March, before visiting Exeter Northcott Theatre from 8 to 18 April, New Wolsey Theatre Ipswich from 5 to 9 May, Lichfield Garrick Theatre on 26 to 27 May, York Theatre Royal from 18 to 20 June, Cast Doncaster from 3 to 4 July, the Lowry Salford from 28 July to 1 August, and Lighthouse Poole on 25 to 26 September. Further 2026 and 2027 dates will be announced.

Le Navet Bete, made up of Al Dunn, Nick Bunt and Matt Freeman, have toured nationally and internationally since 2008. Their trademark blend of physical theatre, inventive silliness and audience-friendly storytelling has earned them a strong reputation across the UK.
