Soho Theatre has announced its 2025 theatre programme, marking 25 years of championing new writing with a bold and diverse season of 15 productions.

The season includes world premieres, returning hits, and transfers from the Edinburgh Fringe and beyond, with performances across both Soho Theatre Dean Street and the newly opened Soho Theatre Walthamstow.

A major highlight is the return of Age Is A Feeling, written and performed by Haley McGee. The Olivier-nominated, Fringe First Award-winning production will play to its largest audience yet at Soho Theatre Walthamstow from 5–7 March 2026.

Originally directed by Adam Brace and later by Mitchell Cushman, Age Is A Feeling explores the pivotal moments of a life from age 25 to death. Each performance is unique, with the audience selecting six of twelve possible stories, leaving the rest untold.

“Soho Theatre has a 25 year history championing new voices and we’re proud to continue this rich tradition with our sparkling new season, putting emerging artists and international voices at the heart of our programme,” said the theatre team.

“Our upcoming season features the Soho Theatre Walthamstow transfer of Haley McGee’s spellbinding Age Is A Feeling, our first ever pantomime, written and directed by the legend that is Susie McKenna, premieres from Bryony Kimmings, Eoin McAndrew and Kali Theatre, the revival of our 2024 smash hit My English Persian Kitchen and Soho Theatre transfers of brilliant Edinburgh and London fringe hits, including the devastatingly funny English Kings Killing Foreigners. With debut shows and returning hits across both our venues, we’re celebrating fearless storytelling from some of London’s most exciting voices.”

Other standout productions include:

  • Little Brother by Eoin McAndrew, winner of the 2024 Verity Bargate Award
  • Period Parrrty by Gayathiri Kamalakanthan, a queer Tamil coming-of-age story
  • Private View by Jess Edwards, a darkly comic exploration of queer love
  • Bog Witch by Bryony Kimmings, her first solo show in five years
  • Aladdin & The Magic Lamp, Soho Theatre’s first pantomime, written and directed by Susie McKenna

Returning favourites include My English Persian Kitchen by Hannah Khalil and Revenge: After the Levoyah by Nick Cassenbaum.
