The Pavilion Theatre in Glasgow has announced the full cast for its 2026 pantomime, Goldilocks and the Three Bonnie Bears, with a host of returning favourites confirmed.

Presented by Imagine Theatre, the festive production runs from Thursday 26 November 2026 until Sunday 10 January 2027, continuing a much-loved Pavilion tradition.

Leading the cast is Liam Dolan, joined by returning Pavilion favourites Grado, Stephen Purdon, Scott Fletcher, Jack Jester, Jennifer Neil, Valissa Scott and Craig Glover.

New to this year’s line-up, but no stranger to Pavilion audiences, is Louise McCarthy from The Dolls, adding extra sparkle to the production.

Liam Dolan said: ‘I am so excited that the team are back for what will be another fantastic Pavilion Panto. I am also over the moon to have Louise McCarthy join us, she is absolutely fantastic, the audience are going to love her, and I can’t wait to work with her again.’

Louise McCarthy commented: ‘I’m absolutely thrilled to be part of the Pavilion panto. Having performed here and come along to watch over the years, I know just how special the audiences are, they bring such energy, warmth and brilliant Glasgow humour to every show. It’s what makes panto here so unique. It’s also a joy to be working alongside so many friends and colleagues I’ve known for years. There’s such a strong, homegrown Scottish talent in the company, and I’m excited to be on stage with them and part of the Pavilion family. Panto is such a special part of theatre, for many people, it’s their first experience of coming to a show. It opens the doors in a way that feels accessible, welcoming and for everyone, and the Pavilion does that brilliantly. My kids are overjoyed that I’m doing it… mainly so they can come along and boo me!’

Pavilion Theatre Director Jamie Gordon added: ‘Panto at the Pavilion is woven into the fabric of Glasgow’s festive season and this year’s panto is shaping up to be something truly special. With a phenomenal cast and a story packed with heart, humour and Glasgow charm, Goldilocks and the Three Bonnie Bears will deliver the kind of magic our audiences come back for year after year.’

The story follows feisty heroine Goldilocks, the daughter of circus owner Gertie, as she teams up with three bonnie bears to save the circus from a wicked ringmaster.

Audiences can expect toe-tapping songs, slapstick comedy and plenty of Glasgow humour in this family-friendly festive spectacular.
