This summer, Clueless, The Musical is throwing the ultimate party in honour of two cultural milestones: 250 years since the birth of Jane Austen and 30 years since the release of the beloved Paramount Pictures film Clueless.

Running from 21–28 June 2025, “Clueless Week” invites fans to celebrate the journey of Clueless from page to screen to stage.

Audiences can catch the “non-stop party” that is Clueless, The Musical at London’s Trafalgar Theatre, where the show continues to dazzle with its heart, humour, and high-energy performances.

The week-long celebration includes a special performance at West End Live in Trafalgar Square on Saturday 21 June, and a concert by KT Tunstall at the Royal Albert Hall on Monday 23 June.

Other events include a Jane Austen-themed film series at Chiswick Cinema and a 30th anniversary 4K cinema re-release of Clueless nationwide from 27 June.

Fans attending performances during “Clueless Week” can also compete for Best Dressed awards, adding a fashionable twist to the festivities.

Written by the original film’s writer-director Amy Heckerling, Clueless, The Musical features new music by KT Tunstall and lyrics by Grammy® Award-winner Glenn Slater.

The production is choreographed by Lizzi Gee and directed by Rachel Kavanaugh, with critics calling it “big-hearted, bangin’ and flawless!” (Daily Mail) and “a non-stop party” (Radio Times).

As The Spectator puts it, the show is “full of warmth, mischief and fun,” while WhatsOnStage declares: “Welcome to your new favourite musical!”
