Production images have been released for Oh, Mary! at the Trafalgar Theatre, offering a first look at Lolly Adefope in the title role of Mary Todd Lincoln.
Adefope, making her West End debut, leads the London production of Cole Escola’s Olivier and Tony Award-winning comedy. She is joined by Lucy Frederick as Mary’s Chaperone, J.R. Ballantyne as Mary’s Husband’s Assistant, Vinnie Heaven as Mary’s Teacher and Syrus Lowe as Mary’s Husband.
The acclaimed comedy is currently booking at the Trafalgar Theatre until 2 January 2027, with Adefope scheduled to play her final performance on 5 December 2026.
Written by Cole Escola and directed by Sam Pinkleton, Oh, Mary! reimagines the life of Mary Todd Lincoln in a wildly unconventional and irreverent comedy that has become a major hit on both sides of the Atlantic.
The production features scenic design by dots, costume design by Holly Pierson, lighting design by Cha See, sound design and music by Daniel Kluger, sound design by Drew Levy, wig design by Leah J. Loukas, arrangements by David Dabbon and casting by Stuart Burt CDG.
Oh, Mary! is produced in the West End by Kevin McCollum & Lucas McMahon and Mike Lavoie & Carlee Briglia, alongside a wider producing team that includes Bob Boyett, The Council, Jean Doumanian Productions, Nicole Eisenberg, Jay Marcus & George Strus, Irony Point, Richard Batchelder/Bradley Reynolds, Tyler Mount/Tommy Doyle, Nelson & Tao, Palomares & Rosenberg, ShowTown Productions, Jamie Wilson Productions and Wessex Grove.
