A first listen has been released for Pretty Little Dead Things, a brand-new track from Paddington The Musical, ahead of its world premiere in the West End.
Performed by West End star Victoria Hamilton-Barritt, who plays the villainous Millicent Clyde, the song offers a dramatic glimpse into the character’s sinister intentions. The track will be released by Decca Records in due course.
Paddington The Musical begins previews at the Savoy Theatre on 1 November, with its official opening night set for 30 November. The production is currently booking until 25 May 2026.
Adapted from Michael Bond’s beloved books and the award-winning STUDIOCANAL films, the musical features music and lyrics by Tom Fletcher, a book by Jessica Swale, and direction by Luke Sheppard.
The cast includes Timi Akinyosade (Tony), Amy Booth-Steel (Lady Sloane), Tarinn Callender (Grant), Delilah Bennett-Cardy (Judy Brown), Adrian Der Gregorian (Mr. Brown), Tom Edden (Mr Curry), Brenda Edwards (Tanya), Amy Ellen Richardson (Mrs. Brown), Victoria Hamilton-Barritt (Millicent Clyde), Teddy Kempner (Mr Gruber), Bonnie Langford (Mrs Bird), and Joseph Bramley, Leo Collon, Stevie Hare and Jasper Rowse sharing the role of Jonathan Brown.
The creative team also includes Matt Brind (Musical Supervisor), Ellen Kane (Choreographer), Tom Pye (Scenic Designer), Gabriella Slade (Costume Designer), Neil Austin (Lighting Designer), Gareth Owen (Sound Designer), and Ash J Woodward (Video Designer and Animation).
The musical promises show-stopping songs, dazzling choreography, and plenty of marmalade sandwiches, bringing Paddington’s heartwarming story to life on stage.
