The Donmar Warehouse has released the first production images for Evening All Afternoon, the new play by Anna Ziegler opening on 24 February, with previews from 14 February.

Directed by Diyan Zora, the world première features Anastasia Hille and Erin Kellyman in a story exploring connection, memory and the courage it takes to open one’s heart.

The newly released images capture the intimate tone of the production, offering an early look at Hille and Kellyman as they navigate the complex relationship between Jennifer and her soon-to-be stepdaughter Delilah.

Ziegler’s play follows the pair as they attempt to bridge the emotional distance between them. Set against a shifting modern world, their efforts reveal both humour and heartbreak at the edges of family life.

Speaking about the dynamic at the centre of the piece, the play includes the line: “The thing is, I’m not sure if I dislike people or just dislike that they seem to dislike me.”
