Production images have been released for Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club, offering audiences a first look at stage and screen stars Skylar Astin as Emcee and Sarah Hyland as Sally Bowles in their West End debuts.
The pair lead the latest cast of Rebecca Frecknall’s critically acclaimed revival, which continues its record-breaking run in the West End. Astin will remain with the production until 12 December 2026, while Hyland is scheduled to perform through to 23 January 2027.
Joining them are Baker Mukasa as Clifford Bradshaw, Ruthie Henshall as Fraulein Schneider, Robert Hands as Herr Schultz, Ronan Burns as Ernst Ludwig and Lindsay Atherton as Fraulein Kost/Fritzie, alongside a company that includes Joe Atkinson, Xavion Campbell-Brown, Olivia-Rose Deer, Anya Ferdinand, Danny Fogarty, Lily Frances, Adrian Grove, Peter Houston, Samuel How, Bailey Johnson, Ellie Mitchell, Kirsty Anne Shaw, Eva-Rose Tanaka, Natasha Wilde and Nicky Wong Rush.
The acclaimed revival has now surpassed its 1,900th performance, making it the longest-running production of Cabaret in West End history. The show is currently booking through to 18 September 2027.
2026 marks two major milestones for the musical, celebrating both the 60th anniversary of Cabaret, which originally opened on Broadway in 1966, and the fifth anniversary of this award-winning production, which opened in the West End in November 2021.
Directed by Rebecca Frecknall, the production features set and costume design by Tom Scutt, choreography by Julia Cheng, musical supervision by Jennifer Whyte and musical direction by Ben van Tienen. The creative team also includes lighting designer Isabella Byrd, sound designer Nick Lidster, wigs and hair designer Sam Cox, make-up designer Guy Common, casting director Stuart Burt, original associate director and prologue director Jordan Fein, and prologue composer Angus MacRae.
Produced by ATG Productions and Underbelly, Cabaret continues to transform the Playhouse Theatre into the immersive Kit Kat Club experience that has captivated audiences since its opening.
