Troupe has announced the full cast and creative team for its forthcoming production of Noël Coward’s The Rat Trap, reimagined by Bill Rosenfield, marking the centenary of Coward’s first play.

The previously announced Ewan Miller, Lily Nichol and Angela Sims will be joined by Daniel Abbott, Gina Bramhill, Zoe Goriely and Ailsa Joy. Kirsty Patrick Ward directs this stylish revival, which runs at Park Theatre from 28 January to 14 March 2026, with press night on Monday 2 February at 7 pm. Two additional performances have been added on 2 and 9 March at 7.30 pm.

The creative team includes Set and Costume Designer Libby Watson, Lighting Designer Jamie Platt, Sound Designer and Composer Ed Lewis, Movement Director Ingrid Mackinnon, and Fight Director Claire Llewellyn for Rc-Annie.

‘When two brilliant egoists marry… there is bound to be trouble.’ In fashionable 1920s Belgravia, Sheila, a talented novelist, and Keld, an aspiring playwright, embark on married life. Both are fiercely ambitious, but when Keld’s career takes off and Sheila’s doesn’t, professional jealousy and an affair have a devastating effect on their marriage.

Startlingly moving yet full of wit and dark humour, The Rat Trap is lovingly revised by Bill Rosenfield and presented by Troupe, returning to Park Theatre after its acclaimed production of The Forsyte Saga Parts 1 and 2.
