Pitlochry Festival Theatre and Blackpool Grand Theatre have unveiled the first production images for their vibrant new staging of the iconic rock ‘n’ roll musical Grease.

Captured by photographer Tommy Ga-Ken Wan, the images showcase the dynamic cast bringing the beloved characters of Rydell High to life.

The cast includes Celeste Collier as Teen Angel, Tyler Collins as Kenickie, Chris Coxon as Eugene, Stephanie Cremona as Cha Cha, Caitlin Forbes as Patty, April Nerissa Hudson as Frenchy, Leah Jamieson as Jan, Blythe Jandoo as Sandy, Jerome Lincoln as Roger, David Rankine as Doody, Oraine Johnson as Sonny, Keith Macpherson as Vince Fontaine, Alyson Orr as Miss Lynch, Alexander Service as Danny, and Fiona Wood as Rizzo.

       

Newcomers Eden Barrie and Louis Newman join the company as Marty and Johnny Casino respectively.

Audiences can expect a high-energy journey through the trials and triumphs of teenage life, set to unforgettable hits like Summer Nights, Greased Lightnin’, and You’re the One That I Want.

Sunshine on Leith Returns to Pitlochry Festival Theatre This Summer

Bursting with youthful exuberance and 1950s flair, this fresh take on Grease promises to deliver “dreams, desires and journeys of self-discovery” with “grit and verve.”

Directed by Pitlochry Festival Theatre’s Associate Director Sam Hardie (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical), the production runs at Blackpool Grand Theatre from 4–14 June before transferring to Pitlochry Festival Theatre from 18 June – 27 September.
